Ingredients

    2 cups wheat pasta – I used Penne
    6 oz lean ground meat
    One large handful chopped cilantro

    Tomatoes
    Onions
    Black olives, sliced
    Lite Sour cream
    Lettuce
    Shredded Cheddar

Directions

Cook meat. While meat is cooking, cook pasta according to directions and drain. Drain beans and heat up, either in microwave or on stovetop. Combine above ingredients. Add chopped cilantro. Serve alongside condiments and let everyone choose their toppings. Serve immediately so that flavors can blend.
