Introduction

Basic Cheese Pizza to which toppings can be added. The dough is made from scratch with the bread machine to do the kneading process. Ingredients

    Ingredients:

Bread Flour*- 2 cup (16 oz.) plus about 1/4 cup reserved just in case dough is too sticky
    Yeast, quick rising- 1 package
    Honey- 1 Tbsp
    Brown Sugar- 2 Tbls
    Olive Oil- 1 Tbsp
    Salt- 2 tsp
Pizza Sauce- 1/4 cup (or more to taste)
Kraft Italian 4 Cheese 2% milk (can use less to save some calories)
    non-stick cooking spray like Pam
    Cornmeal- enough to cover pan

*Bread flour is nessasary for this recipe to turn out right- I know Pilsbury makes Bread flour as well as others.

Directions

Preheat oven to 500.
Prep: Spray 16 inch heavy duty aluminum pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray and cover with cornmeal like you would to "grease and flour." This assures that the pizza will not stick to the pan and gives the pizza a nice texture.

Add Bread flour, quick rising yeast, honey, brown sugar, olive oil, and salt to bread machine according to machine's directions, and set machine to "dough" setting which will knead and rise the dough for you. Take out when dough has doubled in size. At this time you might need a little more flour if it is too sticky to work with.

Form dough into a flat pizza that is 16 inches. Place on pan and smooth everything out. Put in 500 degree oven on bottom rack for about 5-10 minutes or until dough has a nice golden color (can have a few brown spots also). Don't over cook- watch the dough carefully.

Take the pizza crust out of oven, and immidiately using a clean oven mitt to protect your hands press on crust to make it flat again- not too hard, this is just get out the bubbles that formed in the oven.

*You can let the crust sit for as long as you like- the next step can be done the next day if you want to make the crust ahead of time (just be sure to wrap it up in either foil or plastic wrap to keep the moisture.)

Put sauce on first then add cheese to cover the pizza crust except for the outer edge. Put additional topping of your choice- don't forget to add those as extra calories.

Place pizza in 500 degree oven on bottom rack until cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Cut pizza with pizza cutter and serve immidiately...
Cut into 8 slices.
