12 oz diced turkey meat (light & dark)
1 cup onion chopped
1.5 cups carrots chopped
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can chick peas drained
.5 cup dried appricots chopped
2 cups 99% fat free chicken broth
2-3 cups water
2 tbs moroccan spice blend
*Note: The turkey can be raw or precooked and you can also substitute chicken. However, you should simmer it for the entire 30 minutes to allow the flavors to come together.
