Ingredients

2 Cups Corn Meal
1 cup Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/3 cup canola oil
4 Tbsp Maple syrup
2 Cups soy milk
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Bake 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
Mix Soy milk & Vinegar in a separate bowl. Let set for 5 minutes.
Mix all dry ingredients. In another bowl mix syrup and oil. Then mix in soy milk & Vinegar. Add to dry ingredients.
