Whole Grain Baking Mix

Introduction

Can be used in place of bisquick or other baking mixes Can be used in place of bisquick or other baking mixes
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    Mix 9 cups of any type of whole grain flour (can use a combination of flours), 1 cup powdered milk, 1/3 cup baking powder, and 4 tsp salt (can use less if desired). Add oil and mix until crumbly. Store in fridge in a ziplock bag.

Directions

Can be used in any baking mix recipe. For drop biscuits mix 3 parts mix to 1 part liquid (milk tastes best, but water works too).
