    100g/3.5oz SCD yoghurt made with half double (heavy) cream and half full fat milk
    1 medium banana, well ripe, mashed

Tips

This is the luxury version - if you can't tolerate fat or wish to cut down to lose weight, simply make your yoghurt with the milk of your choice and no cream.
