4oz salmon piece
2 tbsp oats
2 tsp hot water
2 tsp agave nectar
0.5 tsp dried parsley
freshly ground black pepper
Place the salmon in an oven dish.
Mix together the water and agave nectar, then stir in the other ingredients. Spread this mixture evenly over the top surface of the salmon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375.
