Ingredients

Newman's Own Mango Salsa, 2 Tbsp, 1 serving
    Egg - extra large
    *Onion powder, .25 tsp
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16")
    Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 oz
    Pam Cooking Spray
Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin
Mission , 8" Low Carb Soft Taco Size Tortilla, 1 serving

Directions

Spray frying pan or skillet with Pam (cooking spray), add your chopped slice of ham(Cubed), onions, and tomatoes. Beat your egg, add onion powder (season to your taste) pour into the frying pan scramble it up and remove from heat do not overcook eggs. Then place egg mixture on the tortilla add cheese then wrap the burrito and heat up in a forman grill or gt express item or even a skillet---you are making a little crispy bottom and melting the cheese then garnish it with the Mango salsa :)

I like having this with a little Crystal Light Sunrise Orange Drink.
