This is a great quick after workout meal. This is a great quick after workout meal.

Ingredients

    1 can white beans
    1 small can Corn
    1 can Tuna in water
    4 Pitas


Directions

Mix all ingredients together divide into Pitas. Add tomato, red pepper and fresh spinach to add more filling with minimum calories.
