Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
    Onions, raw, 1/2 large onion, diced
    Ripe Tomato, 1 cup, chopped or diced
    Cucumber (peeled), 1/2 medium fruit
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp

Directions

Blend cut up veggies in a bowl and top with cheese.
