1 large can of Furmano's Chunky crushed Tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
3 Cups Water
3 half Chicken breasts cooked and diced
2 Cups Frozen peas and carrots mix
1 baby zucchini sliced
6 Tbl. Ketchup
1 small onion diced
1/4 cup diced celery
1 tbl diced red bell pepper
2 tsp Herbox low sodium instant bouillon
1 Can (15.5oz) chilli style beans or kidneys
Barilla Plus Rotini (6oz dry) Cooked and drained
Add all ingredients except noodles. Heat all until good and hot, then add noodles allow to simmer a few min. and serve. I sometimes add a little Splenda if in the mood for a sweeter base. This can simmer all day or may be served in an hour from crock pot, 20 min. from sauce pan. makes 8-10 servings.
