Persie's Salmon Patties

Introduction

An easy, tasty salmon patty. An easy, tasty salmon patty.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 14.75 oz can of pink salmon
    1 cup Italian bread crumbs
    2 large eggs
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    seasonings to taste: I like onion powder, dried dill, paprika, salt & pepper - use your imagination!

Directions

Combine all ingredients and form into 8 patties on an aluminum foil wrapped baking sheet.

Cook @ 400 F. for 20 mins on one side, then another 10 mins on the other.
