Chicken Asparagus Stir Fry- Italian Style

Introduction

Very good and filling. Parmesan Garlic seasoning has a couple of calories, but shouldn't really be enough to matter. This is pretty much a complete dinner in one dish. Very good and filling. Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    B/S Chicken Breast, 9 ounces (small cubes)
    Salt, 1/2 - 1 tsp (to taste)
    Black Pepper, 1/4 tsp
    Fresh Mushrooms,
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Birds eye asparagus stir-fry, 1 lb package
    Dried Lemon Basil, 1 tsp
    Dried Taragon, 1/2 tsp
    Dried Minced Onion, 1 Tbsp
    Parmesan Garlic Popcorn Seasoning, 1/2 tsp (optional)

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and add chicken. sprinkle salt and pepper and stir. When the chicken is all white, stir in the mushrooms and garlic. When chicken is slightly browned, stir in the Balsamic Vinegar. Add the rest of the ingredients (except popcorn seasoning) and cook until almost all the liquid is evaporated, stiring frequently. Sprinkle Parmesan Garlic popcorn seasoning over everything (if desired) and serve.
