This sounds so great! I just have one stupid question - I am assuming the rice is pre-cooked? Thanks! - 10/29/10

I made this tonight and I liked it a lot! The dates made a nice twist. I was looking for something different and this was it. Only thing is I would add amounts to this. I've been cooking for eons so was able to eyeball things and guesstimate how much to use to feed two of us, but a beginner cook - 9/27/10
