Creamy Chicken Rice Casserole

Introduction

Quick and easy to prepare, and very tasty! Quick and easy to prepare, and very tasty!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can 98% fat free Cream of Chicken soup
    1 can 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom soup
    2 C Water
    1 C Brown Rice
    (I use instant, but you could use either)
    1 package dry onion mix
    4 Chicken Breast
    paprika
    parsley
    butter

Directions

Mix soups, water, onion mix and rice. Pour into greased casserole. Place chicken on top. Top chicken with dollop of butter, and finish off with paprika and parsley. Bake at 325 for 2 hours, or until chicken and rice is cooked. Serves 4.
