Ingredients

    1 cup reduced-fat frozen Vanilla yogurt
    3/4 cup non-fat milk
    1 medium banana
    1 teaspoon instant coffee (I like International Swiss Mocha)
    1 cup ice

Directions

Put everything in the blender and mix until thick and frothy like a shake. Pour and serve.
