Ingredients

    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
    2 Tbs almond butter
    1 cup soy protein powder (bulk form, 90 cals per 1/3 cup)
    1 cup almond milk
    2 Tbs carob chips (vegan)
    1 small carton lemon soy yogurt

Directions

mix all together in a bowl, press into lightly greased brownie pan, bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. cut into squares when cool. enjoy!
