Introduction

an ooey gooey chili omelet high in fiber and protein and low carb. an ooey gooey chili omelet high in fiber and protein and low carb.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 of a medium onion
    1/2 chopped peppers (yellow, green red, what ever)
    1 10th of a fresh jalapeno pepper or to taste
    4 eggs
    1/2 fat free chili
    2 oz cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup fresh salsa

Directions

saute onions peppers until onion is tender
beat onions and pour into pam sprayed pan. Fill omelet with chili, veggies and 3/4 of the cheese, top with remainder of the cheese and salsa.
