Smashed Pea Soup (Zoned)

Ingredients

    Use 2 cups dry split peas (I've adjusted this in calories), 6 cups water, 1/4 tsp dried parsley, 1/8 tsp white pepper and above and simmer for 45-50 minutes. Blend in a blender until smooth. Makes almost 3 blocks per meal.
