Taco Pasta Salad

Ingredients

    2 c. uncooked rotini
    1 pound 96% ground beef
    1 env. taco seasoning
    3 c. shredded lettuce
    2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. fat free catalina dressing
    8 oz. tortilla chips

Directions

Cook pasta. In skillet, cook beef, drain. Stir in the taco seasoning; cool.

Drain pasta and rinse; stir into meat mixture. Add remaining ingredients (except chips). Toss. Serve with chips.
