Introduction

so, so, so good - light, chewy, and really just irresistible! so, so, so good - light, chewy, and really just irresistible!

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 2.5 cup
    *Canola Oil, .75 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1.25 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    *Soy Milk Plain Light, .125 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    carob chips, unsweetened (serving = 2 Tbs), 10 serving
    Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tbsp

Directions

mix dry ingredients except flax, oats and chips, set aside - add flax to a little water and set aside. cream oil and sugar, then add other wet ingredients, then slowly add flour mixture, then stir in the other ingredients until homogenous. drop in large tablespoon fulls to an ungreased pan and bake for 9-13 minutes at 350. let cool a bit on the tray before removing as they will be very soft out of the oven.
