Meatloaf

Introduction

This meatloaf is incredible. My fiance says it's better than his mother's. This meatloaf is incredible. My fiance says it's better than his mother's.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 box stove stop stuffing
    1 c. warm water
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 can. skim milk

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, stuffing mix, water, onion and egg. Form into a loaf and place in baking pan. Mix soup and milk together and pour over top of meatloaf. Cover and bake at 350 degress for one hour, basting once or twice with soup. Uncover for the last 10-15 minutes to let the meatloaf brown.
