1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 c grated Parmesan
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix above ingredients together in a plastic bag to coat
Put on baking sheet for 10 minutes at 400 degrees

I made this for the Easter family dinner, with no modifications to the recipe. My sister and I loved it; my husband didn't dislike it, but said he wished I'd baked the asparagus longer. So the recommended 10-minute baking time may need to be adjusted to your (and your guests') personal tastes. - 4/4/10

Love asparagus! And so good for you. I'm always looking for a recipe that's over and above standard steamed asparagus. After reading the reviews, I decided to add minced garlic in olive oil and rosemary. I think the garlic added a lot to it, but the rosemary was a little too much (it made it taste bitter). But otherwise, this was a great recipe for asparagus!! very simple and quick!! I also used reduced fat parmesan - 10/15/09
