1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 tspn ground black pepper
In bowl, whisk together the oil, mustard, vinegar and pepper. Serve immediately or cover and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
