Lo Fat Blueberry Scones

Introduction

I call these breakfast cookies. They are quick, easy, and last for days in the refrigerator. At less than 100 calories each, two make a good breakfast at home or on the run. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup dry oatmeal
    2/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart baking mix
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    3 Tablespoons brown sugar (lightly packed)
    2/3 cup skim milk
    1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl
Add in blueberries
Form 8 mounds on a Pam-sprayed baking sheet
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 400 degrees
(18 minutes is best for my oven)
