Introduction

This is a family favorite that even my children loved. Nice for lunch or a light supper. This is a family favorite that even my children loved. Nice for lunch or a light supper.

Ingredients

    2 can creamed corn
    3 cups 1% milk
    2 slices fried, crumbled bacon
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Saute bacon, crumble and set aside.
Saute onion in the same pan and drain.
Peel, dice, and cook 2 large potatoes
Drain the potatoes and add corn, milk, bacon and onion - bring heat up but do not boil
Season to taste
