Introduction

Ingredients

    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 1/2 tbsp

Directions

Heat oil over medium heat in large wok or skillet. add chopped veggies and mix well as to coat completely with oil. Once onions begin to get translucent, add chopped garlic and seasoning. Cook to desired donenes and sprinkle with reduced fat parmesan cheese if you desire.
