Greek Feta Turkey Burger

Introduction

Ingredients

    99% Fat Free Ground Turkey Breast, 20 oz
    Crumbled Feta 3 oz
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Fresh Oregano finely chopped 1 Tbsp
    Egg White 1 large
    Onion, raw 1/4 cup finely chopped
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper 1/8 tsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form into 4 patties no more than 3/4 inch thick. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil cooking spray and grill or pan fry to desired doneness.
