Ingredients

2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1 mango, chopped
2 avocadoes, chopped
2 tbsp dried cilantro
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup sweet red peppers, chopped
4 small or 2 large limes, fresh squeezed juice
Optional additions: 1 tsp fresh ground sea salt
1-3 habenero peppers to taste, chopped
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
Directions
Squeeze juice from 4 small or 2 large limes. Have limes at room temperature to make it easy to extract the most juice.
Add chopped vegetable and fruit. Stir in dried cilantro that is brightly colored and strong smelling. Refrigerate salsa 4 hours to overnight.
Dip baked or low fat tortilla or multigrain chips, wide sweet pepper strips or any favorite chip or veggie for a mouth-watering treat. Salsa also makes a great topping for beans, rice and salads.
