    2/3 c. steel-cut oats
    1/2 c. quinoa
    2 c. nonfat soy milk
    4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Place all ingredients in heavy saucepan, bring to a boil, simmer for 15-20 minutes or until grains are tender.
