Venison Meatballs

Ingredients

    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 C uncooked instant rice
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1# ground venison
    3/4 C water
    1/3 C packed brown sugar
    1/3 C ketchup
    1/3 C condensed tomato soup, undiluted
    1 tbsp ground mustard
    2 tsp paprika

Directions

In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Crumble the venison over the mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 1/2" balls. Place in a greased 8" square baking dish. Combine in the remaining ingredients; pour over the meatballs.
Bake, uncovered, at 375* for 35-45 minutes or until done.
