Lentil Soup

Ingredients

    2 cups dry lentils
    1 8 oz can tomatoe sauce
    1 large potatoe chopped
    1 cup carrots chopped
    1 cup onions chopped
    1 cup celery chopped
    2 bay leaves
    2 tbs oregano
    4 cups water

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a soup pot and cook at a slow simmer for 45 minutes. Add more water if needed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
