2 c. Old-fashioned oats
1/2 c. brown sugar (light, unpacked)
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. shredded, sweetened coconut
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Bake for ten minutes at 350, then stir the mixture really well. Bake another ten minutes or so, until the granola is lightly toasted.
Allow to cool completely before eating - it gets crunchier as it cools.
Makes about 6 half-cup servings.
