    2.5 cups dry Whole Wheat Egg White Noodles
    (Catelli Healthy Harvest makes them)
    2 tbsp light grated Parmesan cheese
    1 cup diced canned tomatoes, drained

Directions

Cook noodles until tender, drain and add in cheese and tomatoes.
