Introduction

Basically empty the fridge of unwanted veggies and meat. Basically empty the fridge of unwanted veggies and meat.

Ingredients

    chopped celery & onions 1.5 cup each
    chopped carrots, red pepper, corn, potatoes & sweet potatoes 1cup each
    skim milk - 2 cups
    low sodium chicken broth - 4 cups
    Left over ham - 3/4 cup
    Bay leaves - 4
    Old Bay seasoning & Paprika - 1 teas each


Directions

Cook for 90 minutes - until potatoes are tender.
