1 CUP Old Fashion Oatmeal (Uncooked)
2 CUP Lowfat or Light Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 CUP Orange Juice
2 Apples (Peeled and grated)
Juice from 1 lemon
Add fresh fruits, nuts, and granola to taste.
I mix vanilla and lemon yogurt so switch it up to your liking. Some people add sugar or honey but I find the yogurt makes it sweet enough.
