Potato Chowder

Ingredients

    8 strips bacon
    2 cups cubed potatoes
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup sour cream
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1 cup corn
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp thyme

Directions

Chop bacon and cook over medium heat in pot for about 5-10 minutes. Add potatoes and onions and simmer until potatoes are tender. Add everything else.

This soup is best if cooked for a few hours on low heat and then allowed to set overnight in the refrigerator.
