Mariela's Tuna & Rotini Salad

Introduction

I learned this recipe from the back of a pasta box when I used to work at a grocery store. It had all kinds of pastas and I really can't remember what type of pasta was used with this recipe. I make this with Rotini. Hope you enjoy as much as I do. I learned this recipe from the back of a pasta box when I used to work at a grocery store. It had all kinds of pastas and I really can't remember what type of pasta was used with this recipe. I make this with Rotini. Hope you enjoy as much as I do.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    6 oz Wheat Rotini Pasta
    2 cans Tuna in water
    1 tomato chopped
    1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1/4 cup onion (red onion can be used)
    3 tbs Cilantro chopped
    4 oz Mozzarella cheese cubed
    6 tbs Fat Free Italian dressing

Directions

Cook pasta as indicated in package. Drain and cool with cold water.

Drain the tuna and put in large bowl.
Add all chopped veggies and cooled pasta.
Add italian dressing.

Serve & Enjoy!

Makes about 3- 2 cup servings
