Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
    2 teaspoons vinegar
    1 teaspoon fresh dill or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
    1/2 small red onion, halved & thinly sliced
    4 small whole wheat pita rounds
    10 ounces thinly sliced cooked turkey, roast beef or cooked chicken

Directions

In medium bowl combine yogurt , vinegar, dill and sugar. Add cucumber, red onion, and tomato. Toss gently to coat and set aside.
cut pita rounds in half; open pita to make a pocket. Line pita with meat of your choice. Spoon the cucumber mixture into pockets.
Serves 4
