Yummy veggies

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Onion sliced
    1 1/4 zucchini slices
    1 1/4 summer squash slices
    1/2 cup bell pepper strips
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 tablespoons smart balance butter light
    2 teaspooons garlic powder
    season to taste with salt and pepper

Directions

Divide all veggies up to have 4 servings. Place all veggies on individual sheets of foil in layers top with butter spread and spices. Fold the foil around veggies to seal while baking. I place them on a cookie sheet while baking as well.

Cook in oven at 400 for 15- 20 mintues until veggies are done to your taste.

Makes 4 servings

You can add or delete veggies for a change according to your liking but it will change the calorie count.
