Ingredients

    Filling:

    1/8 cup Pecans, chopped
    3 oz Chicken Thigh (Skinless) Boneless, cooked and cubed
    Field Greens Salad Mix (Salad Greens), 3 cup

    Dressing:

    Enough Red Wine Vinegar to make a thin paste (approx. 2-3 Tbsp)
    2 Tbsp Flax Seed Oil
    2 Sundried Tomatoes in Seasoned Oil
    2 Artichoke Hearts (Marinated in oil)
    1 garlic clove
    2 tsp Mrs Dash Salt-Free Seasoning Blend (or your favorite seasoning mix)
    2 pinches Hickory Smoked Sea Salt (optional)

    Wrap:
    2 Weight Watchers multigrain bread,

Directions

Blend dressing ingredients in the blender. Pour over filling mixture and place all in a wrap. Delicious!!!!
