1 1/3 cup cups oats
4 tablespoons raisins
4 tablespoons flour
1 1/3 cups powdered soy milk
1 cup unsweetened applesauce (no-sugar-added)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoon no-calorie artificial sweetener
I made 6 cookies out of this. Try not to use vanilla flavoured powdered soy milk, it tends to make it a bit too sweet.
