Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 cup plain or low-fat yogurt
    1 medium banana
    2 tbsp. peanut butter
    2 ice cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Whip on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes or until frothy. Serve immediately. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
