Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups chopped raw onion
    4 cups chopped celery
    8 cups chopped potatoes
    water to cover raw potatoes and veggies
    3 cups 2% milk
    1/2 cup salted butter
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    pepper to taste

Directions

Add onions, celery and potatoes to dutch oven. Just barely cover with water. Boil until potatoes are just soft. Do not over cook or potatoes will fall apart. Drain well.

Add 3 cups milk, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and butter. Heat, but do not boil.

Ready to serve.
