1 3/4 cups water
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons reduced sodium chicken bouillon
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Dash ground nutmeg
6 tablespoons freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
9 oz Linguine noodles
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Prepare linguine according to package directions. Add pasta to the skillet, toss to coat. Sprinkle with parley. Serve immediately.
