Phyllo Dough 16 0z
Egg, fresh, 12 large
Cottage Cheese, 2% 2 cups
French Feta Cheese 1/4 to 1/2 cups crumbled
Butter 1 stick, melted
salt, 1/2 to 1 tsp salt
Layer Phyllo and egg mixture in 13x9 or larger 15 inch pan.
Grease pan with a drizzle of olive oil, spreaded with a paper towel.
lay out one piece of Phyllo, brush with butter using a pastry brush. Lay out 2nd piece of Phyllo again brush with butter.
Using a large mixing or serving spoon add some of the egg mixture spreading aroung to edges.
Lay out another sheet of phyllo and brush with butter. Layout a second sheet of phyllo and brush with butter.
Add another layer of egg mixture. Repeat until the egg mixture is used up. You may have a few sheets of phyllo for another use.
Cover loosely with foil to prevent over browning. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove foil bake another 20 minutes until browned.
