Baked Beef Spaghetti

Introduction

i made this for lunch today and my family had second helpings! i made this for lunch today and my family had second helpings!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    500g Spaghetti, cook as directed
    500g Ground beef
    1 can Hunt's Diced toamto and sweet onions
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
    ! small Zxucchini, cubed
    12 string beans, chopped into 1/2" size
    2 medium Eggplant, cubed
    1.25 cup Beef broth
    1 cup Gratede cheddar cheese


Directions

Cook spaghetti as directed on package. While cooking spaghetti, brown beef in a non-stick skillet unitl no more juice. In a separate large bowl, mix soup, tomatoes and broth together. Add in browned beef and cooked spaghetti. Mix well. Then put in all the vegetables. Place the mixture into a large baking dish and top with grated cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 mins.
