Introduction

healthy and low fat muffins. healthy and low fat muffins.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Egg white, 2
    Apple Butter, 12 tbsp
    Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.5 cup
    Oats, .5 cup
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1.5 cups
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 8 Tbsp.
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup

Directions

mix wet ingredients in one bowl.
mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir to combine. Do not overmix!
Fill 24 muffin cups 3/4 full with batter.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes

makes 24 muffins
