Ingredients

    3 boneless, skinnless chicken breasts
    miracle whip
    french's mustard
    onion
    3 - 4 hardboiled eggs
    dill pickle relish

Directions

Boil chicken breast until cooked thoroughly, shred put in bowl. Dice oinion and eggs, add pickle relish to taste add miracle whip and mustard to your liking, I don't like mayo so I add extra mustard to cover the taste. Add salt and pepper if you like. Chill until cold, eat with bread or on crackers.
