1 small firm apple
1t. corn starch
4 wonton wrappers (3.5inX3.5in)
Core and chop the apple. Toss this in the above mixture.
Mold wontons to the muffin tin. Fill each with apples and evely top off with the starch and spice liquid.
Bake at 400 for 15min.
I got 44 wrappers for $1.69+tax at my local Chinese market.
Store remaining wontons in an airtight container, or they'll dry out.
